A pedestrian sidewalk along Jackson Street in Port Townsend between the Northwest Maritime Center and Jefferson Street (along Point Hudson Marina). Tourists from whale watching vessels and classes of children from the Maritime Center regularly walk this route, which is also a main route for traffic leaving or going in front of the Maritime Center. It's the only way for traffic to go out of the Maritime Center. Although it's a 5 mph speed limit, it's very dangerous for pedestrians - especially the little kids walking to sailing/boating lessons.
